Visit and enquiry measurement
With analytics enabled, Google Analytics 4 and Vercel measure visits, performance and confirmed enquiries; Google Ads measures advertising attribution. Personal form fields are not sent to GA4. Advertising personalisation remains disabled. You can withdraw each permission in the footer. The “I have read the privacy policy” checkbox only acknowledges that you have read this information and does not change your analytics or advertising preferences. The form can be submitted even if these measurements have been rejected, without additional confirmation windows. Measurement events are sent only with the corresponding permission. You can change your preferences through the cookie settings in the footer. GA4/Ads provider: Google Ireland Limited, with possible international processing under applicable safeguards. See the cookie policy for technologies, preferences and retention.

2. Data we process
We may process information voluntarily submitted through the contact form —name, company, email, website, approximate monthly orders, plan of interest and message— as well as data required to manage private-area access. If Google sign-in is chosen, basic profile data supplied by Google may also be processed.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to commercial enquiries and quote requests: steps requested before entering into a contract and, where applicable, legitimate interest in replying to professional communications.
- Managing user access: performance of the requested relationship and associated security measures.
- Security and abuse prevention: legitimate interest in protecting the website and systems.
- Technical measurement: aggregated traffic and performance information through Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, without behavioural advertising.
- Advertising campaign measurement: attributing confirmed enquiries to Google Ads campaigns, only where the visitor has consented to this purpose.
4. Service providers
Personal data is not sold. Necessary technology providers may process limited data for hosting, email delivery, databases, authentication and technical measurement, including Vercel, Resend and Google when Google sign-in is used.
If you accept advertising measurement, Google may receive technical data and identifiers required to attribute a conversion to a Google Ads campaign. Advertising personalisation is disabled in this website's configuration.
Where international transfers apply, legally required safeguards will be used.
5. Retention
Commercial enquiries are kept for the time needed to answer and follow them up and, afterwards, for the period reasonably necessary to deal with potential legal responsibilities. Contract-related data is retained for the duration of the relationship and applicable statutory periods. Accounts are retained while active or until deletion is validly requested. Verification codes are operationally valid for 10 minutes.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and portability where applicable by emailing argohub2102@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Consent for advertising measurement may be withdrawn at any time through “Cookie preferences”, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
7. Contact forms
The generate_lead event is sent only after server confirmation and with analytics permission. The visitor's email address is used as the reply-to address and is not impersonated as the technical sender of the website email.
8. Security and automated decisions
Reasonable technical security measures are applied, including encrypted connections, secure sessions, request limiting and one-time access codes. No exclusively automated decisions with legal effects are made from contact-form data.
