Organised locations

Logistics warehouse
ARGO HUB stores ecommerce goods in Gójar, Granada, with stock locations and inventory linked to order preparation. We review SKU count, dimensions, stock levels and inbound deliveries before accepting goods. Storage is agreed by operating profile and occupied capacity, rather than by a cubic-volume calculation alone.
SKU locations are defined to support accurate picking.
Stock movements are recorded within the operating system.
Storage is connected directly with order preparation.
One PEA uses a reference capacity of 1.20 × 0.80 × 1.40 m. An occupied standard position counts as 1 PEA even if it is partly empty. Fractions of 0.25 PEA apply only after physical consolidation releases the corresponding space.
Excess storage is calculated from positive daily excess occupancy averaged over the relevant period under the contract. Blocked stock, returns and client materials count while occupying capacity.
Illustrative assumption: one SKU occupies a standard position and half the units are picked. If the remaining goods still occupy that position, it continues to count as 1 PEA. Selling half the units does not automatically halve the storage charge; physical consolidation and released space determine the revised count.
SKU, PEA and inbound receipts have separate limits. The monthly pallet allowance follows from the number of receipts and the maximum of two standard pallets per ordinary receipt. An ordinary receipt covers up to two standard pallets per event within the plan’s monthly allowance. Full unit counts, sorting or corrective work outside ordinary receiving must be agreed separately.
Opening inventory is reconciled before order processing starts. Stock differences and goods that cannot be released for sale follow the agreed incident workflow.
No. An occupied standard position still counts as 1 PEA. A fractional count requires physical consolidation that actually releases space.
No. The catalogue, storage, inbound receipts, pallet count and handling requirements must also fit the plan and validated operating profile.
