1. Scope

These terms govern access to and use of argohub.es. Users must comply with applicable law, act in good faith and refrain from unlawful or abusive activity.

2. Services and pricing

The website publishes commercial information about fulfilment and 3PL services and, where applicable, standard plans. Fees are shown excluding VAT unless otherwise stated. Carrier shipping is not included in the ARGO HUB fee unless specifically agreed.

The effective cost per order is calculated by dividing the monthly fee by the plan's maximum order capacity and therefore only represents that value when the full monthly capacity is used.

3. Validation and contracting

Selecting a plan, sending a form or viewing a price does not automatically create a contract. ARGO HUB validates goods, SKU, order volume, storage, inbound receipts, returns, packaging, integrations and special handling before onboarding.

4. Pricing comparisons

Comparisons are based on public information observed on the stated review date and can become outdated. Provider inclusions may differ. Current conditions should always be confirmed at the source before making a purchasing decision.

5. Private area

Private-area access is personal. Users are responsible for maintaining control of their email and access codes. Access may be restricted where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse or security risk.

6. Availability

The website is maintained on a best-effort basis and may experience maintenance windows or third-party outages. It is not a guaranteed-availability logistics control system.
