Enquire about ARGO 1000Plans are monthly fees, not per-order tariffs. The occasional allowance is an absolute number of additional orders, not a percentage. It does not accumulate or permanently increase the contracted capacity, or the SKU, PEA or inbound receipt limits. Monthly order capacity and counting conditions are defined in the proposal and contract for the validated operating profile. The final plan must also cover SKU, storage and receipts.
Monthly order capacity and counting conditions are defined in the proposal and contract for the validated operating profile.
A reference or variant with independently managed inventory counts as an SKU.
PEA is Argo Hub’s internal storage capacity reference, also used for non-palletised goods: 1 PEA corresponds to 1.20 × 0.80 × 1.40 m. An occupied standard position counts as 1 PEA. Fractions of 0.25 PEA apply only after physical stock consolidation releases the corresponding space. Fit depends on the goods and the agreed operating profile.
A pre-announced, identified and documented receipt within the agreed profile. Up to two standard pallets per event within the monthly plan limit. Full unit counts, sorting and specific corrective work are excluded from ordinary receiving.
Receiving, identification, opening, visual review and return to stock or quarantine within the agreed profile, up to the agreed monthly 5% limit. Repair, cleaning, reconditioning, functional tests and special photography are excluded unless separately agreed.
Standard packing, erecting the available packaging, sealing and one logistics label are included. Materials are supplied by the customer, carrier or as agreed before onboarding.
Special or recurring kitting, B2B/FBA and extraordinary work need review and a separately approved quote. Carrier shipping and cash-on-delivery are normally contracted and paid directly by the ecommerce business.
A custom review is needed above 1,000 orders/month or for special goods, fragility, recurring kitting, B2B/FBA or a profile outside the standard limits. Selecting a plan is not an automatic contract.
Carrier shipping and VAT are excluded. Packaging materials are supplied by the customer, carrier or as agreed in advance. Extraordinary work is quoted and approved separately.
