What a basic return includes
Standard plans include basic returns within the agreed operating profile and monthly 5% limit: receiving, identification, opening, a simple visual inspection, then return to stock or quarantine. Repair, cleaning, reconditioning, technical testing and detailed photography are excluded from basic returns and require a separate agreement. Return transport is also separate from warehouse handling.
