Kitting and ecommerce bundles in Spain

ARGO HUB prepares agreed kits and ecommerce bundles at its Gójar, Granada facility. Each job starts with a component list, assembly instructions, quantities and packaging requirements. Recurrent assembly is scoped in the operating profile or a custom plan; it should not be assumed to be included in ordinary picking and packing.

Bundles

Multiple SKUs can be grouped under predefined rules.

Campaigns

Promotional assembly can be planned in advance.

Predictability

Recurring manual work is assessed and priced within the agreed operating profile.

What to include in a kitting brief

  • Component SKU and quantity for each finished kit.
  • Assembly sequence, finished presentation and identification rules.
  • Expected batch size, demand pattern and required materials.
  • Agreed checks and instructions for shortages, damaged components or substitutions.

Example: a promotional bundle

Illustrative example: a bundle contains two product SKU and an insert. Before preparation, we agree the component quantities, packaging, finished-kit identification and how movements will be recorded. If a component is missing, a substitution must follow the agreed instructions; it is not an automatic warehouse decision.

Pricing and approval before work starts

Assembly time, component handling and materials vary between jobs. Recurrent work is priced under the agreed commercial terms or ARGO A MEDIDA. One-off special work is quoted and authorised before execution. A monthly order allowance does not make recurring assembly free.
